FO-M variable capacity stainless steel tanks are manufactured by Speidel, who have been producing high quality tanks for the wine & beverage industries for over 100 years. Speidel tanks are used by successful drink producers around the world.

Variable capacity tanks are useful if you need capacity flexibility and/or you are unsure of the harvest you will have. The inner float lid can be lowered/raised as required.

Speidel FO-M tanks are dedicated to red wine production and designed to ensure maximum control over the fermentation process. They are available in capacities from 1,100 to 15,200 litres and can be supplied with or without a pneumatic mash plunger (grape cap punch down). Speidel FO-M tanks (up to and including 2000mm diameter) come with the 25 year Speidel guarantee, provided they are used inside. They are easy clean!

If you require a fixed capacity tank in a hurry we do try to keep at least one size of FS-MO tank in stock and occasionally have used tanks to offer, so please contact us to ask. The tanks we routinely keep in stock are the variable capacity flat bottomed tanks (type BO).
